I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of a digital purchase, all sales are final. Some special conditions may apply to certain purchases. Feel free to contact the Store Owner for further details and questions.
I want everyone to be happy with his or her purchase. If you do not love your items – excluding artwork – I will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping charges, as soon as I receive the returned item and it is in new/undamaged condition.
Items that have broken but still have all pieces may be repaired for the cost of shipping. But broken beads or items with missing pieces cannot be replaced. Each item is unique unto itself and a true replacement may be impossible.
If goods have been damaged once you receive them, please sign for as ‘damaged in transit’ or email within 24 hours of delivery.
Artwork Exception for Returns
ORIGINAL Artwork are all unique pieces and are pictured as accurate to original colors as is possible, however as monitors are not always equal in color to each other, so colors may not be displayed in 100% accuracy. If you would like a refund, please contact me. The item must be resent back to my full address for my attention, and be in good condition with the original packaging. A small percentage of the sale may be retained due to the cost of supplies.
Direct checkout with your debit or credit card and PayPal are accepted forms of payment. Please follow instructions with gift cards as is provided.
